We are starting to see tons mainstream artists embrace the movement that is Electronic Dance Music. Inducing their latest hits with elements of EDM is honestly the best thing these guys can do to stay relevant. Usher is definitely one of the smarter dudes in the industry. Fresh off the genre-bending, Diplo produced “Climax,” he’s back with 2 numbers produced by the legendary Swedish House Mafia. Putting his classic voice over top notch production is indeed a recipe for success. While these songs are most likely too pop for EDM fans, the crossover is likely to draw more casual fans to EDM. Just more proof that EDM is taking over the world. Usher’s new album Looking 4 Myself drops June 12.
